Tracking your order

Once the warehouse has picked your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number from your shipping carrier. Please always allow some time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking info.

Returns

You always have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days. Contact us at hi@manuverse.com and we’ll give you further instructions. Shipping associated with returning a package is paid for by the customer.

- Upon approval of your return request, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
